The Senior Product Designer on the customer growth team will design user experiences that convert visitors into customers, collaborating closely with various teams and advocating for user needs. This role involves creating engaging designs across desktop and mobile platforms while contributing to the overall product strategy. Responsibilities: • Design for Redfin’s customer growth, brokerage software across desktop and mobile. • Build an engaging and cohesive user experience, paying close attention to every detail of the user journey. • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define and design features that meet both user and business needs. • Communicate your design concepts effectively through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and be ready to present and defend your work to cross-functional teams and leadership. • Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform your design decisions and continuously iterate on product improvements. • Advocate for the user, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are at the forefront of the design process. • Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain a consistent and scalable user experience across all Redfin products. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer • Excellent communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to solve complex problems • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles • Customer-obsessed with a track record of translating user research and data into actionable design solutions • Strategic thinker who can contribute to the overall product strategy and vision Preferred: • Passionate about Redfin's mission to make real estate better for everyone Company: Redfin is a technology-powered real estate brokerage company that simplifies the process of buying and selling homes.
