Iron Bow Way. THE HIGH LEVEL

The Lead Engineer will provide subject matter expertise (SME) level guidance and insight on diverse technologies and solutions supporting our team, with an emphasis on deploying advanced Enterprise Networking solutions leveraging Iron Bow partner technologies and service deliveries.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Serve as lead solutions architect for enterprise networking related engagements

Drive the architecture of advanced networking and high-level security designs

Research, evaluate and drive next gen data center solutions to solve customer needs

Manage solution development and deployments while adhering to best practices and meeting customer expectations

Lead project initiatives from small to large complex networking solutions

Tackle critical customer escalations as the technical point of contact

Assist with RFQs, RFPs and BOMs when needed

Assist with both high-level and low-level design documentations

Effectively work independently and within a team environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelors degree + 8 years hands on experience with network design and implementation

To include 8 years of IT/ Network/Cloud related deployment experience preferred

Proven ability to architect advanced networking solutions at multiple levels of the enterprise

Expertise in designing and deploying solutions integrating multiple vendors / stakeholders requiring advanced integration efforts

Excellent oral communication skills with ability to present in front of small/large audiences

Strong MS Office skills developing technical diagrams, spreadsheets, presentations

Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects and meet target deadlines

Experience in technical architecture design, implementation and project management

Expert hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise LAN/WAN environments

Advanced networking certifications from multiple vendors (CCIE, JCNIE, Arista L5)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Local travel in and around the DC metro area to include Baltimore
