Job Summary: Improvix Technologies is focused on delivering high-quality software products, and they are seeking a QA Software Tester to ensure functionality and reliability. The role involves identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with developers and product managers, and executing test cases to enhance user satisfaction and business success. Responsibilities: • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and requirements. • Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes. • Participate in daily stand-ups and provide updates on testing progress and issues. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance methodologies. • Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. Preferred: • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
