What You’ll Do: Lead as a hand-on customer-focused, responsive partner to internal teams—delivering day-to-day support with professionalism and urgency Oversee infrastructure and vendor management including Unifi Systems, ButterflyMX access control, and AT&T Managed WiFi, ensuring optimal performance and vendor accountability Support IT security policies and access controls, helping manage automation, data protection, and regulatory compliance Lead implementation of new technologies and IT projects with attention to detail, clear documentation, and timely execution Continued collaboration with the IT Systems Manager promoting teamwork, operational excellence, and consistent learning What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (strongly preferred or equivalent experience) Proven success managing infrastructure, vendors, and day-to-day end-user support in a multi-site environment Experience with Office 365 administration, IT security policies, and automation tools Exposure to Azure or other cloud-based environments A conscientious, detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation and organizational habits A proactive, service-first approach and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Why You’ll Love Working at Fenton 3 weeks of paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, and 40 hours of sick leave Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Education reimbursement and sponsored training programs Discounted apartment housing (15–20% off Fenton communities) Onsite gym, Padres tickets, team-building events, pet insurance discounts, and more. The base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
