Associate Specialist, Face-to-Face Fundraising . This role is a key member of WWF’s Marketing team, responsible for driving donation revenue through Face-to-Face fundraising efforts in the US. The position focuses on managing, analyzing, retaining, and expanding WWF’s Face-to-Face program. Salary Range:
$54,100 - $67,700 Please note: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. This position does not offer visa sponsorship. All hires will need to verify identity and work eligibility upon hire. Responsibilities Manage WWF’s Face-to-Face fundraising program, working with vendors and internal teams to maximize donors and revenue. Monitor results and performance, prepare strategic analyses, and implement tracking mechanisms. Collaborate on testing new donor acquisition and retention strategies. Produce and track creative elements like printed collateral, donor incentives, and scripts. Analyze industry trends, share insights, and contribute innovative ideas for fundraising strategies. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Competencies Interpersonal skills:

Ensure accuracy and quality in work products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum two years in marketing, sales, or communications. Knowledge of Face-to-Face or direct sales marketing preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Willingness to travel within the US (about 1-2 times per quarter). Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and learn new skills.
