TEKsystems . Description A leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead finance-related technology initiatives. This role involves delivering projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery across global teams, and support data-driven financial decision-making. The position requires collaboration with Finance, Enterprise Technology, and external partners to execute initiatives aligned with the company's finance technology roadmap. Why This Role? Oversee governance activities like planning, testing, and deployment. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment. Provide transparent reporting through dashboards, KPIs, and summaries. Top Skills & Qualifications 10+ years managing complex IT projects, preferably in Finance or Enterprise Applications (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EPM Cloud). Proven success managing external vendors and application service providers. Strong leadership in cross-functional environments with competing priorities. Excellent communication skills. Stakeholder management and aligning technical solutions with business needs. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and work independently. PMP and Agile/Scrum certification preferred. Experience Level : Expert Level Pay And Benefits The pay range is $75.00 - $82.50/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment classification and duration.
