We are looking for an Estimator for our Fort Lauderdale office with experience in general commercial construction or large industrial projects. Experience should be estimating projects valued from $5M - $50M in both new construction and renovations. 5+ years of experience Well versed in estimating multiple divisions Experience working within a team Self starter, motivated Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups OPEN TO RELOCATION Work along side Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
