Senior Financial Analyst – Capital Medical Devices – San Diego, CA
Looking to step into a highly cross-functional, high-impact finance role within a growing healthcare company? This team supports some of the most complex and revenue-critical capital devices in the industry, partnering closely with operations, implementation, and field service to improve processes and enable revenue recognition. What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A or operational finance. Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to simplify complex data. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
What you’ll do:
Maintain and evolve cost-per-device models to support forecasting and budgeting tied to capital device implementation and FDA remediation efforts. Support revenue recognition by integrating field and operational data into financial workflows. Partner with field service, scheduling, enablement, and implementation teams to drive process improvement and efficiency. Present insights and financial recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Assist in remediation tracking and modeling of device-level financial impact.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $128,000 annually. Please note this range is an estimate not including bonus and potential equity. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
