Description The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a UAM Hunt Team Lead supporting the HEITS Contract as part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Insider Threat Program (ITP). This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support, sustain, design, and evolve the database backbone of the ITP. The ITP mission is to identify insider threats to the department by utilizing advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation to help address and eliminate potential threat actors from compromising the DHS mission in safeguarding the homeland. Responsibilities

Lead ITP Hunt and Development activities and serve as the subject matter expert on all ITP Hunt Methodologies and UAM packet development supporting daily activities. Ensure full compliance with all government requirements. Support training efforts to help team members learn analytics, technology, and the mission domain. Support documentation to effectively capture the UAM Hunt baseline. Engage with the customer to identify analytic requirements and ensure team alignment to government activities. Help the customer identify and optimize the ITP solution to enhance investigative activities. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years. Prior experience in Intelligence Analysis or Law Enforcement Investigations. Experience with Insider Threat Analysis. Excellent communication skills. Experience developing and maintaining documents, analyses, and reports. Ability to present briefings to senior management and stakeholders. Knowledge of User Activity Monitoring Software (UAM) and cybersecurity tools supporting ITP. Active Top Secret clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI clearance. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field. Proven 12+ years in Intelligence Analysis. 8+ years Federal Law Enforcement Investigative experience.
