As Store Manager, you will lead the store’s daily operations, set standards for customer experience, employee performance, and sales. You should love working with people, care about making a difference, and have strong leadership skills to motivate and develop your team. Your goal is to run a successful, community-focused shop that positively impacts lives. Job Responsibilities Achieve sales goals by actively working the sales floor and leading customer interactions. Lead all staff in providing world-class customer service and meet financial targets. Participate in budgeting, financial reviews, and planning meetings. Staff Performance Organize and validate staff training in sales, merchandising, POS, analytics, and product knowledge. Conduct bi-weekly leadership meetings to review performance and plan ahead. Store Merchandising & Operations Ensure a professional, inviting store appearance through merchandising and display setup. Monitor supplies, manage inventory, and handle weekly financial exports. Human Resources Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. Qualifications Retail fundamentals, KPIs, profit & loss, budgets. Leadership experience of at least 1 year, with 2+ years in retail. Operational skills in inventory, merchandising, payroll, and customer service. Passion for bikes and cycling culture. Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
