Boston preferred (or Remote) Ready to help medtech companies scale globally with compliant, high-impact language translation? Join Sesen. Sesen is a high-growth language services provider specializing exclusively in life sciences translation. We support global leaders in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, and clinical research with regulatory-grade translation, software localization, and linguistic validation solutions in 150 languages. Our clients rely on us to help them communicate clearly, accurately, and compliantly, across borders and markets. Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, life sciences-savvy Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new client growth in the medtech and medical device sector. What You’ll Do · Build and grow a book of business by developing relationships with medical device, digital health, diagnostics, and medtech companies · Understand client workflows, from e-labeling to IFUs to MDR compliance, and position Sesen as the partner of choice · Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape custom solutions for global product launches, regulatory submissions, and patient-facing content · Represent Sesen at industry events, webinars, and client meetings · Stay ahead of industry trends in translation, regulatory labeling, and medical technology innovation You Might Be a Great Fit If You: · Have 3–7 years of experience in medical devices, medtech, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or localization · Have worked with translation vendors before, or better yet, managed multilingual documentation internally · Are ready to take your insider knowledge and drive revenue in a client-facing role · Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy · Are excited by the opportunity to grow your career while helping clients go global the right way Why Join Sesen? · 100% focus on life sciences translation—we don’t do anything else · Supportive team culture, smart colleagues, and strong leadership · Competitive base salary + uncapped commission · Work with some of the most innovative medtech companies in the world · Make a real impact on patient access, regulatory compliance, and global health Let’s talk.
