WindsorMeade Williamsburg
community. Pinnacle Living, with central offices located in Glen Allen, Virginia, is a mission driven not-for-profit senior living provider operating six continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) located throughout Virginia. WindsorMeade Williamsburg (WindsorMeade), a Pinnacle Living community located in the beautiful woodlands of Williamsburg, VA, is a premier CARF accredited active senior living community (CCRC) offering independent living, assisted living, short- and long-term skilled nursing care, and memory support. Operating with the philosophy of, “It’s your life. Live it,” the community offers an ideal array of options for life-fulfilling retirement to its residents. The only CCRC in Williamsburg with a 5-Star rating across all three quality measures, WindsorMeade has annual operating revenue of $25 million and employs 180 team members serving 235 residents. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Living, the Executive Director is responsible for full oversight of the WindsorMeade campus. Through relationship building and results-oriented leadership, the Executive Director will work collaboratively with team members and residents to develop solutions to issues through ingenuity, innovation, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. High visibility, strengths in operations, and the ability to establish and achieve strategic goals are key attributes for success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a preferred minimum of three years of successful leadership experience as an Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, or Administrator of a senior living community, with CCRC experience preferred. A current and valid Administrator’s license with the State of Virginia is preferred as well.
