Serves as a strategic partner to attract and recruit qualified and culturally fit candidates, supporting the business needs by executing talent acquisition and retention strategies. The recruiter maintains strong relationships with internal clients, providing consultative support and expertise. Exhibits service excellence throughout the full recruitment cycle. Performs other related duties as assigned. Essential Functions SOURCING & RECRUITMENT: Review candidates and evaluate qualifications to determine eligibility for the position. Develop recruitment marketing plans with hiring managers to identify candidate sources. Effectively source candidates using resume databases, networking sites, professional affiliation sites, and search engines with Boolean search language. Solicit and actively pursue referrals. ENGAGING CANDIDATES: Use communication tools such as social media, phone/text, and email to engage candidates. Ensure consistency of employer brand, compensation packages, and community offerings to attract talent. Communicate effectively with candidates to prepare them for interviews. Provide timely updates on the recruitment process. ASSESSMENT OF APPLICANT: Create and utilize interview templates aligned with job requirements. Review screening notes and use professional judgment to match candidates to roles. Communicate with hiring leaders post-interview to determine next steps and ensure a positive candidate experience. EXECUTION OF HIRE: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process. Use knowledge of compensation principles and total rewards to articulate offers and facilitate acceptance. PARTNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community programs. Plan and lead Talent Acquisition Events, including conferences and career fairs. Provide regular reporting on recruiting activities and metrics. COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT: Adhere to regulatory, accreditation, compliance, and risk management policies to ensure organizational integrity. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree required. Work Experience At least 1 year of successful recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare. At least 1 year of experience providing high levels of customer service. Preferred: Over 1 year of experience with recruitment technologies such as ATS (e.g., Workday) and social media platforms.
