Chief Operations Officer
to join our growing team and support our mission of reimagining food safety by delivering new solutions through the power of technology and expertise. As the owner of all non-sales and administrative functions, this individual drives operational excellence by leveraging data-driven efficiency, innovation, and strategic resource allocation to support the company's mission. They ensure proactive compliance with regulatory and customer requirements while building a highly skilled team with a clear vision for growth. This role also leads the development of all equipment and software, drives outstanding installation performance, and maintains excellent internal and external reporting. A key focus is cultivating strong relationships with both customers and key industry players Key Responsibilities Performance:
Responsible for overall business performance by identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implements solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity; identifying and mitigating potential risks to the businessby developing and implementing risk management strategies Supply/Sourcing: Cost management, forecasting, analyzing financial data, and reporting. Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors. Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts. Product Management:
responsible for product development, launch, and ongoing improvement. Leadership & Management Activities: They lead and motivate employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. They ensure effective communication and collaboration between different departments and team; The COO often plays a key role in managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the company operates within financial constraint.
