Corporate/Transactional Associate
with
3–5 years of experience
to join its dynamic and collegial business law group. The firm represents a wide range of closely held companies, founders, executives, and investors throughout New England.

About The Role
Work includes a mix of
M&A transactions
(typically $2.5M–$50M+),
entity formation and restructuring , and
ongoing outside general counsel advisory
work. Ideal candidates are comfortable working directly with business owners and management teams on a variety of corporate matters from startup through exit.
Qualifications
3–5 years of law firm corporate/transactional experience MA bar admission; New England ties preferred Strong drafting, organizational, and client service skills Experience with commercial real estate, hospitality, or liquor licensing a plus Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule
