Role Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic leader who will act as the "mini-CEO" of the eCommerce business. This person will own the entire eCommerce strategy, including the product, digital storefronts, content, pricing, performance, and the full funnel experience. The role requires a strategic thinker, a hands-on doer, and a relentless optimizer who can thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy, and test-and-learn environment. *Please do not apply if you do not live commutable to Seattle, WA What does the Job Entail? Own the eCommerce P&L: You’ll be the mini-CEO of our eCommerce business, responsible for revenue, growth, and experience. Build & scale a network of microsites tied to specific forms, industries, and services. Lead product strategy: Naming, pricing, and positioning our services to be easy to understand, buy, and fulfill online. Drive content and conversion: Optimize messaging, UX, site flows, email journeys, and CTAs to improve engagement and sales. Fuel growth through performance marketing: Partner with digital marketers to run data-driven campaigns and iterate fast. Create a testing engine: Establish a culture of experimentation, testing everything from landing page layouts to upsell offers. Obsess over the data: Track KPIs, build dashboards, analyze behavior, and use insights to inform every decision. Lead with influence: Collaborate cross-functionally to bring the eCommerce vision to life. Other duties as assigned Key Skills and Attributes: P&L Ownership: The candidate must be comfortable being responsible for the eCommerce P&L, including revenue, growth, and experience. Data-Driven: They must be a "data storyteller" who is obsessed with data. This includes tracking KPIs, building dashboards, analyzing behavior, and using insights to inform every decision. Business Understanding: The person should have a deep understanding of business operations and how to develop a roadmap that drives business goals. They must understand selling a service, not just a physical product. Full-Funnel Ownership: The candidate needs to own and optimize the entire funnel experience, including messaging, UX, site flows, email journeys, and CTAs to improve engagement and sales. They must also understand how to get clients online to upsell and increase revenue. Performance Marketing: They must have proven success in performance marketing and funnel optimization. This includes partnering with digital marketers to run data-driven campaigns and iterate fast. Content & Conversion: Strong content marketing skills are essential, with a specific focus on driving conversion and clarity. Product Strategy: The candidate will be responsible for naming, pricing, and positioning services to be easy to understand, buy, and fulfill online. Hands-On & Scrappy: The person must be a "builder" and a "doer" who loves getting into the weeds and solving problems in real-time. They should have a "never say die" attitude and be unafraid to roll up their sleeves to experiment until they find what works. Innovative & Ambitious: The candidate should be someone who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, not a blocker. They are expected to be very innovative and come up with new ideas. Collaborative & Influential: This individual must be a team player who can collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, product people, and engineers alike. They must demonstrate the ability to "lead with influence" and work cross-functionally without direct authority. Testing Engine: They must be able to create a testing engine and establish a culture of experimentation across everything from landing pages to upsell offers. Work Location: This role will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid position (3 days in office) in Seattle, WA Remote Work: If you are a remote employee, you are only authorized to work from one of the approved states listed. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted. Orientation: 9 AM EST (Day 1 only) Equipment: The company does provide equipment for this role. Employment Type full-time, exempt A minimum of 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, product marketing, or digital growth roles is required. Experience launching and scaling digital storefronts or services is a bonus, especially for SaaS or service-based businesses. Familiarity with digital marketing and eCommerce technology like Salesforce and Google Analytics is necessary. Proven success in working cross-functionally and leading without authority is a must. $120,000 to $130,000 base plus bonus Eligibility: Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. Company-Paid Benefits: Basic Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability.
