Description Provides vision, oversight, direction, and delivery of all activities related to customer experience, including survey methods, reporting processes, follow-up procedures, and systems for reward and accountability around customer experience measures. Responsible for the Providence Customer Service Line, triage of all patient/family complaints, working with PHSA staff to resolve complaints, and follow-up communication with patients and families. Works closely with Risk Management and Quality Improvement in all phases of complaint management, including trending and tracking complaints to identify processes for improvement. Oversees Service Excellence Coordinator and Valet services as appropriate for facilities within the Alaska Region. Utilizes GE CAP/WORK-OUT facilitator skills to conduct effective meetings and workouts to enhance Service Excellence within Providence. Position Details This is a full-time position, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours support based on business needs. At least 5 years of progressive experience in customer service management, patient relations, or a related area, preferably in healthcare. Minimum of 1 year in a managerial or program manager role.
