They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Management Office (PMO) team in the development and execution of organization-wide projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and logistical support to the broader PMO team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key decisions • Assist in maintaining project documentation such as meeting minutes, decision logs, status reports, and risk registers (RAID logs) • Support project planning by helping create and update timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines • Independently lead smaller projects or workstreams as assigned, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment • Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, helping resolve scheduling and logistical issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and share project updates • Contribute to effective decision-making by documenting options and outcomes, and escalating issues when needed Qualifications: Required: • Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects with strong delivery outcomes • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office, etc.) and systems automation • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Proficient in critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving • Balances independent execution with a collaborative mindset, taking direction and providing reliable support as needed Company: InterWell Health is a national physician-centric partnership between Fresenius Medical Care North America.
