Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support traffic and safety engineering projects across Connecticut. Manage client accounts and foster long-term relationships. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Monitor project performance and contribute to achieving profitability goals. Collaborate with senior leadership on operational and strategic planning. Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development initiatives. Promote high standards of quality and client service across the team. Support employee engagement and retention efforts. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the consulting business environment.
Qualifications:
15 + years experience in Traffic engineering Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with public speaking and client presentations. Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
