The Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervise and manage the activities of the front-of-house team, ensuring prompt, efficient, and friendly service for all guests. Responsibilities
Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners. Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus. Address and correct complaints of patrons. Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of the F & B outlet room associates to ensure prompt and courteous service. Inspect F & B outlet serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisition supplies. May interview, hire, discharge, train, and schedule associates. Assist in planning menus, prepare beverages, and expedite food orders. Collect payments and verify sales at end of shift. Reward associates who meet or exceed guest expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience
HS Diploma or equivalent. One-year experience as cashier, two years as a server, and one year in sales or retail; or equivalent experience. Licenses/Certifications
TIPS Certification and Food Safety Certification. Position Requirements
