$71,338.00/yr - $98,090.00/yr Do you have strong analytical and communication skills, like to work in a collaborative environment, and have a background in the US Department of Defense, US Military, or Aerospace & Defense industry? We may have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Talent Acquisition Partner I in our University Relations/Early Career team, you will be using your skills and expertise to source and attract top talent. You'll be responsible for evaluating and screening candidates for a wide variety of positions and for promoting a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences--and for creating a positive candidate experience, as well. Using your knowledge of general business fundamentals and SNC business goals, you will use data-driven information to work with hiring managers and HR business partners to influence talent decisions. You will also have the opportunity to build and search for top talent using available SNC's TA systems as well as external resources.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 0 - 2 or more years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Previously participated, led, or supported an HR or university relations/early career program Ability to travel ~5 days a month during fall and spring recruiting events, and be on site during summer intern program

Experience with Workday, Handshake, and social media recruitment tools Experience with technical recruiting, salary negotiation, and closing candidates and overall Talent Acquisition Experience in developing, training, and coordinating events, logistics, and presentations to large organizations Experience/ability to develop in continous improvement and change management processes and procedures Proficient in Office365: PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Word, Teams, and Outlook

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
