Job Summary:

The Technical Services Manager leads the technical support function for specialty chemical products, acting as a key liaison between manufacturing, R&D, sales, and customers. This role ensures product performance, supports troubleshooting, and drives innovation through process optimization and application development. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and support for product applications, troubleshooting, and customer inquiries. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale up new products and improve existing formulations. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product quality or performance issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, SDS, and application guides. Support commercial teams with customer visits, presentations, and technical training. Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in technical services or product development within specialty chemicals. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., REACH, TSCA) and quality systems (e.g., ISO). Seniority level
