One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for an ABM Campaign Manager with 3+ years driving ABM campaigns in high growth B2B tech. The client has built a B2B conversational relationship platform. It shows you who is using your product or website and makes it easy to personally communicate with them with targeted content, behavior-driven messages, and conversational support. What’s the opportunity? Client is scaling its Outbound Program to drive predictable pipeline and revenue through highly targeted and personalized multi-channel ABM campaigns. ABM Campaign Manager , you’ll play a key role in crafting and launching marketing and sales ABM campaigns that effectively progress key target accounts through each stage of their buying journey. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, Data Analytics, Sales, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing—to align messaging, leverage intent data, and ensure campaigns drive measurable impact. Success in this role means launching campaigns that generate pipeline at key prospect accounts, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, and contributing to the evolution of our outbound marketing motion. Role: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with client's growth objectives Design and implement personalized marketing approaches for key audiences Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated campaign execution Campaign Execution & Management Orchestrate multi-channel outbound ABM campaigns across email, paid media, paid social, direct mail, events, and more Implement segmentation and personalization strategies Manage campaign platforms including Marketo, 6sense, Outreach, and Conversica Create and maintain ABM campaign content repositories and assets Technical Implementation Set up and manage marketing automation workflows Build personalized landing pages and demos using Mutiny and Vidu Ensure proper data flow between marketing tactics and Salesforce Execute A/B testing to optimize campaign performance Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track campaign metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI Provide regular reporting on ABM program performance Optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry trends Manage audience specific analytics What skills do I need? 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on outbound ABM campaigns (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), Outbound platforms (e.g., 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase), Salesforce CRM experience required, Mutiny, Vidu, Conversica etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize campaigns Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and outbound marketing and sale strategies Duration:

6 months to start, plus extension and contract to hire potential Location:

hybrid 2-3 days a week in San Francisco CA Compensation:
