About Klarity

Klarity (YC S18) automates Unstructured-Document workflows using GenAI. Our vision is a future of Exponential Organizations - companies that can hyper-scale without vast operational teams of humans reading documents.

Our customers include companies like Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, DoorDash, and Zoom. They use Klarity to 1) save time and money, 2) reduce compliance risk, and 3) speed up manual contract review. But talk is cheap, so try our demo!

We found strong Product Market Fit in 2020 and just raised a $70m Series B in June 2024. We are looking to add a brilliant, entrepreneurial Senior Applied AI Engineer to the team!

Our Gen AI Journey

Founded in 2017, we shipped multiple NLP/ML product iterations pre-chatGPT. In 2023 we rebuilt our core AI platform using GenAI.

We’re not your average Gen AI startup, gradually layering LLMs on. We’re all in. We have more than 15 unique LLM use-cases in production with 10+ LLMs under the hood. We have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. To date, we have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform.

Why This Role Matters

Klarity sells AI-powered automation to finance and transformation leaders at Fortune 500 companies. We need a field marketing leader who can design C-suite-level experiences that build brand, generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and measure impact - end-to-end.

What You'll Do

C-Suite Event Strategy

Design executive roundtables, private dining, and bespoke industry forums that speak to CFO/CIO pain points. Own experience from venue selection to post-event nurture.

Demand Generation Alignment

Map every program to funnel stages, targets, and revenue goals. Partner with digital & Sales teams on pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up sequences.

Field Program Execution

Plan regional campaigns: workshops, VIP lounges, partner events. Manage budgets, vendors, and internal resources.

Metrics & ROI

Set and track KPIs: net-new pipeline, velocity lift, CAC payback. Build dashboards in HubSpot/SFDC; present read-outs to GTM leadership.

MarTech & Ops

Run campaigns via Asana for project tracking; Notion for playbooks; embrace AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) for content & list building. Ensure clean data sync across CRM, and event tools (Cvent).

Innovation & Expertise

Pilot new channels—virtual executive studios, interactive AI demos, LinkedIn Live firesides. Share best practices across global marketing.

What You'll Bring

5–8 years in field/event marketing, at least 3 years targeting enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts. Proven track-record turning events into ≥ $10M qualified pipeline annually. Deep familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce, Asana, Notion, and at least one event platform (e.g., Cvent, Splash). Comfortable using or prompting generative-AI tools for copy, personalization, data enrichment. Data-driven mindset - can tie spend to influence, velocity, and ARR growth. Flawless project-management skills; able to run multiple complex programs simultaneously. Confident executive communicator; credible with C-level buyers.

Bonus Points

Experience in B2B SaaS / AI automation markets. ABM certification or track record integrating field events into 1:1 account programs. Rolodex of Fortune 500 finance/ops community partners, venues, and speakers.

What Does Success Look Like In 12 Months

Launch Klarity’s Klarity Editions in three regions, generating a $15M pipeline with >30% SQL conversion. Reduce average enterprise sales cycle by 15% via mid-funnel executive experiences. Pilot AI-driven personalization workflow, cutting content-creation time by 30%.
