Direct message the job poster from Synergis Lead the transformation of training documentation, process flows, and business knowledge assets from Promapp into SharePoint Online. Architect and build a modern, interactive training portal in SharePoint Online. Enable dynamic exploration of workflows, process maps, and training resources (videos, documents, e-learning modules). Mimic and enhance Promapp's interface and functionality within SharePoint’s modern framework. Guide technical direction, site architecture, branding, interactivity, and workflow integration. Build custom web parts for interactive process maps, clickable workflows, and multimedia training content. Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate smooth transition and adoption. Collaborate with training teams, process owners, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and engaging learner content. Implement advanced search capabilities, metadata tagging, and role-based security. Support ongoing improvements based on user feedback and usage analytics. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT solutions, particularly with SharePoint Online. Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online features: modern site design, pages, SPFx development, branding, permissions, and libraries. Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) for workflow and form integration. Strong ability to replicate and enhance process documentation tools such as Promapp within SharePoint. Experience embedding multimedia: instructional videos, e-learning modules, quizzes, and interactive dashboards. Familiarity with Microsoft Stream and integration of custom navigation/menus. Ability to configure site security, version control, and site governance using SharePoint admin tools. Effective communicator and collaborator with training and business stakeholders. SharePoint Consultant Preferred Experience: Microsoft certifications in SharePoint and/or Power Platform technologies. Prior experience migrating from Promapp, Nintex, Visio, or other legacy documentation tools. Portfolio showcasing custom training or knowledge portals built within SharePoint. Experience with CSS/Theme JSON for UI/UX customization and branding alignment. Development of interactive web parts for drill-down workflows and process visualizations. Background in conducting user training, writing user/admin documentation, and managing organizational change related to knowledge systems. The hourly pay rate range for this position is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location.
