Strategic Sales Advisor - Sales Hunter IT Outside Sales Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Advisor - Sales Hunter to join our team at The AME Group. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our services to new clients and assisting existing clients in maximizing revenue, reducing expenses, and mitigating risks through our award-winning Information Technology solutions. Responsibilities And Duties Build and develop key accounts with a focus on lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and quotas. Perform market and competitive analysis to identify trends and meet or exceed sales goals. Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work effectively. Skills Required Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the IT sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Requirements Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in increasing sales and expanding market. Other Requirements: Ability to travel within the region. Skills For Success Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Strong business development, marketing strategy, and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence effectively. Exceptional customer service skills to address and resolve client concerns. Prospect and identify new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
