The Role We Want You For The Vice President of Investor Relations plays a critical role in developing and executing our investor relations strategy, managing communications with our investors, and clearly articulating our firm's investment value proposition. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborates closely with the executive leadership team. The Specifics of the Role Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for growth. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for investors, including quarterly updates, annual summaries, and ad-hoc communications, to keep the investor community well-informed. Coordinate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure that all investor communications are consistent, transparent, and reflective of the company's values and objectives. Analyze and present feedback from the investment community to senior management, providing insights into investor perceptions and expectations to inform strategic decisions. Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and events to foster strong relationships with existing and potential investors, enhancing their engagement with and commitment to the company. Monitor market trends to effectively position the company in the eyes of the investor community. Oversee Juniper Square, our investor portal, ensuring it is regularly updated with the latest financial results, news, and relevant investor information. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or CFA is desirable. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related area, with a strong preference for experience within the real estate sector or a fund management firm. Deep understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and a solid grasp of the real estate market. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information in a clear manner. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of investors. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
