Are you a good fit?

Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation to appeal. Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Advise clients on legal rights and obligations. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Licensed to practice law in California Experience in litigation Strong legal research and writing skills
