Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Set-Up Technicians - Help Make Life-Saving Medical Products!As a Set-Up Technician at our MGS Richfield location, you ensure the presses are set up and started correctly with molds and auxiliary equipment.What You'll Do:Know and follow all of the Company's safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures. Serve as a good role model to employees for safe work practices and behavior by conducting yourself professionally, keeping in mind your own safety and the safety of others. Learn and master all necessary areas of the quality system.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Set up tools with needed auxiliary equipment in order to ensure press is ready for start-up.Perform line clearance.Perform proper tool pulls when production run is complete.Resolve water line malfunctions when needed.Perform preventative maintenance to nozzle tips.Perform preventative maintenance to jobs that are currently running.Follow general requirements and cleaning for a cleanroom environment.Maintain safe work area.Ensures materials are dried and prepared according to specifications before being used in production.Any other duties as assigned.
