This role will be responsible for performing precision machining processes and maintaining tight tolerance thresholds. Requirements Set up and operate machining equipment as appropriate for shop schedulePerform on demand machine adjustments to ensure machining and tolerance requirements are metIdentify and change appropriate tools as neededMachine to blueprint specifications and quality standardsMaintain clean and organized workspaceFollow all internal quality standards as instructedShare knowledge and ideas to improve cycle timesCommunicate with other shifts regarding progress, schedule, and quality Follow all safety guidelinesOther related duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, and abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical training / schooling preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 3 years' experience setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machineryAbility and willingness to work under minimal supervision and maintain scheduleAbility to perform basic to moderately difficult shop mathAbility to machine to tight tolerance specificationsUnderstanding of industry quality standards and requirements (FOD, Air worthiness, etc.)Willingness to train less experienced staff as needed Salary Description Up to $35.00 per hour
