We are seeking a mid-level CNC Machinist to join our busy and highly skilled team at our Fulton Facility, where we produce components for our fusion and fintube machines. Reliability, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset are critical to success in this position.Machines You'll Work On 2nd shift Mazak Integrex full 5-axis mill-turn centers, running EIA (G-code/M-code). These are high-complexity machines with dual chucks, multi-directional offsets, and full 5-axis capabilities. The machine will have dedicated, proven set ups. Approximately one tear down/set up per shift.What You'll Do Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision. Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately on machines. Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specs, and machining instructions. Perform machine setups, including: Loading fixtures and tools Selecting and loading the correct program Setting work coordinates and tool offsets Sizing in first article using measurement tools Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators to ensure parts meet strict specifications. Identify and select correct materials for each job. Troubleshoot operational and programming issues in real-time. Own your work center-maintaining high quality, speed, and organization.What We're Looking For 2+ years CNC machining experience, including 5-axis and multi-axis machines. Experience running Mazak Integrex (EIA code) Demonstrated ability to read and act on blueprints and part tolerances. Ability to meet assigned run times and respond quickly to changing demands. Proven track record of reliability and accountability. Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
