CNC Machine Operator

Job #: 204294 Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Baldwinsville, NY Salary Range: 24.00-28.00/hr DOE Position: CNC Machine Operator Description: CNC Machinist - Operator Position Responsibilities•Operate multi-pallet Horizontal Machining Centers.•Load raw material. Unload finished parts. Inspect and de-burr.•Read, understand, and follow standard work.•Consistently follow established quality and safety procedures.•Document and report inspection findings using provided quality control documents.•Identify and report non-conforming material through the proper procedures.•Preserve a clean work environment through daily work area maintenance.•Evaluate out-of-specification parts with a Machinist - Set-Up to minimize machine downtime.•Participate in defect investigation, root cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and quality gate review.•Apply TPS (Toyota Production System) principles to daily activities.Position Requirements•5+ years of experience in related production level manufacturing role.•High School Diploma or GED.Desired Characteristics•Competence to work independently or collaborate within a team environment.•Capability to manage multiple production jobs simultaneously.•Ability to lift 40 pounds•Take pride in your work and desire to produce high quality parts.Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime on Saturdays.Pay range is $24 - $28 per hour depending on experienceResume and Interview needed.First Choice Staffing7525 Morgan RoadLiverpool NY 13090 Requirements: Job Type: Temp to Hire Post Date: 06/18/2025
