POSITION SUMMARY:
nThe IT Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects with a focus on vendor management and contract oversight. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing ISP contracts and vendor relationships.

Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget

Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and ISPs to ensure optimal performance and contract compliance

Assist in the negotiation, review, and administration of ISP and IT-related contracts

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
n -
Facilitate communication between internal IT teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders
n -
Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and any contract changes
n -
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and vendor communications
n -
Support IT procurement processes by coordinating quotes, service agreements, and renewals
n -
Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
n -
Provide support for budgeting and forecasting related to IT projects and vendor contracts
n -
Coordinate IT related activities and service levels to ensure quality and timely service delivery
n -
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring helpdesk interactions and response times

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
nEducation:
nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
n3+ years of experience in IT project coordination, vendor management, or contract administration
nExperience in a healthcare or enterprise IT environment preferred
nKnowledge of ITIL best practices preferred
Key Qualifications:
nStrong understanding of ISP contracts, IT procurement, and vendor relations
nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus
nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial aspects of IT contracts
nFamiliarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
nStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
