Benefits You Can Count On
Pay Rate: Drivers make $85,000 to $100,000. Sign-on bonus: Up to $20,000, depending on experience. Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. Paid holidays, earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 21 years of age. Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience. Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. Strong customer service skills.
Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
