Job description: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Mandatory licenses and Certifications -All required prior to assignment start date
Assignment Information:
Client/LA County- Los Angeles General Medical Center is currently in need of Certified Nursing Attendants (CNA) with a minimum of one (1) year of inpatient experience as a certified nursing attendant, providing care to patients throughout all life-stages in a variety of settings, such as who are physically ill, disabled, convalescent or geriatric. CNAs will provide care as delegated by the registered nurse or other healthcare professional in accordance with the legal scope of practice, and within established policies and procedures. They will assist in providing care consistent with allowing patients to attain or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Must work every other weekend and holidays. Required certifications include active certification as a Nursing Attendant, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations.
