Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial bus, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transit.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the commercial bus.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the transportation team to optimize routes and schedules.
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with passenger endorsements
- Driver record must be free of tickets and accidents for past 3 Years
- If you are a school bus driver, you must have passenger endorsements on their CDL
- Previous experience as a commercial bus driver, with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with and adherence to all traffic and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide a safe and comfortable environment for passengers
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- CDL (Required)
- Passenger Endorsement (Required)
- Driver's License & Medical Card (Required)
- Additional Safety training or Certifications will be a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably Spanish
- Compensation range is set at $18-$23 depending on skill and experience
