Delivery Driver
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering and pick-up service to our clients. By loading, carrying, and delivering catering, bakery, deli products to businesses, residences, and other off-site locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Hours: Full-Time position must be able to workdays or evenings, with extended hours, weekends, holidays, as needed.
Physical Requirements & Qualifications:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering and pick-up service to our clients. By loading, carrying, and delivering catering, bakery, deli products to businesses, residences, and other off-site locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Load and unload catering, bakery and deli orders
- Delivery / Pick-up, set-up, serve and clean-up Company products while extending superior customer service
- Make deliveries to specified jobs and successfully completing request in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep in close contact with both the General and Bakery Manager, assuring the manager(s) knows location at all times.
- Adhere to traffic and safety laws by driving in a safe manner at all times, always-wearing safety seat belt.
- Report maintenance problems to the General Manager.
- Follow all safety regulations, precautions, and notifying manager of any traffic accidents or tickets.
- Wear all required and necessary Personal Protective Equipment.
- Driver will be issued a GPS, which they will need to be responsible for safeguarding.
- Keep vehicles clean inside and out.
- Performs other related work duties as assigned by manager(s).

Physical Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous delivery driver experience
- Basic food knowledge and set-up for banquet/catering services, preferred.
- Valid California Drivers License (will need to provide proof upon interview) with zero points on record
- Phone that can reach driver at all times
- Ability to lift up to 50-pound boxes
- Ability to handle multiple task and work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in varying outdoors/indoor conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers (verbally interacts with management, team members and guests.)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Lift and carry deli and bakery trays, boxes, cakes, and other products weighing up to 50 lbs., several times per shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting.
- Continuous use of hands and arms, along with bending, reaching, twisting.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- California Food Handler Card is required for all foodservice employees.
