We are looking for an experienced SoC Architecture Engineer for high-performance SOCs & MCUs, to support the Technical Project Leaders/Chip leads and SOC Architecture organization. The role involves working closely with business, product marketing, system architects, SOC design architects and designers, software architects, and developers. Responsibilities Work in the SOC Architecture team to define the SOC/MCU architecture and detail technical specifications based on product requirements from business and marketing. Collaborate with SOC & MCU development and silicon design teams to ensure predictable, on-schedule, high-quality, first-time-right execution aligned with business and customer needs. Define, own, and deliver implementation specifications that meet KPIs and product requirements, including verification, validation, characterization, and testing, ensuring product compliance. Experience with advanced automotive high-performance SOCs/vehicle computers/SDVs/MCUs is highly desirable. Work with R&D teams to refine the SoC architecture during implementation challenges. Make key IP selection and buy/decision-making regarding components like SERDES, Interconnect, NPU, GPU, Imaging, Debug, clocking, and reset architecture. Qualifications Proactive attitude, openness to new environments, people, and cultures. Background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. System and Architecture-level expertise is essential. Minimum 12+ years of experience across different architecture domains.
