Principal Software Engineer – C++ Networking Development Asimily is an IoT Security Platform recognized as the 11th fastest-growing cybersecurity company by Deloitte. Our platform addresses cybersecurity risks from IoMT devices, helping healthcare organizations manage device security and facilitate digital transformation. We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to work in a fast-paced, global environment. The candidate should be collaborative, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain core software components for Networking Traffic Streaming and real-time processing. Capture, analyze network traffic, and develop support for new and existing networking protocols. Develop and optimize network parser algorithms. Collaborate with customer network engineers for deployment and troubleshooting. Drive product innovation and feature development. Estimate project tasks and collaborate with the India Engineering team. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of development experience, with at least 5 years in C++ and systems development, including Data networking (TCP/IP). Experience in Java backend services development. Proficiency in TCP/IP networking coding and testing. Experience with networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, ARP, HTTP, SSL. Ability to analyze network traffic using Wireshark or similar tools. Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) systems like Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass, etc., and developing integrations. Development and troubleshooting experience in Linux environments. Knowledge of Postgres Database is a plus. Familiarity with modern software practices and tools like CI/CD, TDD, and Asana. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to create design documents. Knowledge of network security fundamentals and healthcare domain is advantageous. Willingness to work collaboratively across multiple geographies and meet project deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
