Customer Service Representative- Full Time
The customer service representative is responsible for generating appointments with customers that contact us via the internet and phone to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate should radiate a welcoming demeanor, possess a proactive problem-solving ability, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
Schedule service appointments through outbound prospecting and lead management
Engage with both service and sales clients for future visits to maintain strong customer retention
Partner with Service Advisors and Managers to exceed team performance goals
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Respond to all service-related inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner, escalating to appropriate staff as needed
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Track appointments and customer interactions using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Competent in basic computer applications
Flexibility to work during evenings and on Saturdays
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
