CNC Setup/Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Details: Temp-to-Hire position $17.50 to $20.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am) Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision wire and metal components Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurement tools Load raw materials, select tooling, and input or adjust program settings as needed Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machine operations, make offsets/adjustments, and ensure part accuracy Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform basic preventative maintenance CNC Setup/Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications: Previous CNC machine operation and setup experience required (1+ years preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measurement tools Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of feeds, speeds, and offsets Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused High school diploma or equivalent required Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
