Outpatient/Inpatient • Reason For Need: Supplemental • Coverage Period: Aug 5-16, 2024 • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Shifts needed to be filled: - Aug 5-9 - Aug 12-16 • Shift/Call Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7a-3p • Call Type: Beeper • Call Ratio: 1:4 • Call Response Time: 30 mins • Patient Census: 8 • Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, & 1 Office Staff • Case Mix: - Complete Ortho Complex Vascular - OB, Pediatric, Regional • Procedures: - General, Spinal, Epidural, & Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical & Thoracic cases - Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural & extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar & Cervical, Transforaminal - Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks, Vent. Mngt., Evaluation and Mngt. of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line, Arterial Line, & PA Catheter placement • Beds in Dept: 4 • EMR: MediTech • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements: • BC • Active MI license • BLS, ACLS, PALS
