Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Novi, MI

Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during procedures. Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings accurately. Collaborate with anesthesiologists to establish effective anesthetic management plans. Provide airway management, including intubations during emergencies. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all anesthesia care. Anticipate and exceed patient expectations while upholding the highest standards of care. Support and mentor peers, contributing to professional development initiatives. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs. Maintain awareness of personal actions and their impact on the nursing image. Engage in ongoing professional learning and stay current with clinical practices. Qualifications:
Must be Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). Active nursing and specialty licenses in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience required (excluding RN or training). Up-to-date BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. Clean malpractice and license history. Willingness to travel to other ambulatory sites as needed. Evidence of a commitment to patient care and customer service values. License and Certification Requirements:
Active Michigan nursing and specialty license (must be obtained before starting). Current COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
