Dyne Fire Protection Labs is an independent testing laboratory with 25 years of experience providing quick, reliable, and independent analysis of fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents to help building owners and/or their designated representatives fulfill various laboratory requirements in inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) standards. It is known for its in-depth technical competence, outstanding customer service and extremely fast delivery of test results.
Dyne Fire Protection Labs is seeking a
Customer Service Associate
responsible for all facets of customer service and responsibilities that support the testing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Send test reports to customers within specified timeline Send invoices to customers within the specified timeline Laminate and mail test tags Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, and follow up as needed Answer questions received from customers through the chat function used on the Dyne website Receive and process requests for sample kits from customers Provide backup for inventory control and purchasing functions Miscellaneous duties as requested by the customer service manager Requirements
Associate's degree preferred but not required. Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel Previous experience with inventory or purchasing preferred Excellent communication skills required Careful attention to detail Time management Ability to put the customer first and be a team player Positive can-do attitude Ability to multi-task multiple projects simultaneously Respectful communication with your co-workers, customers, and vendors Familiarity with ISO quality system helpful but not required Quickbooks experience helpful but not required UPS Worldship and postal meter helpful Database experience is helpful but not required - Access database used SCHEDULE
Full time position - 40 hours per week Will work a set schedule Monday through Friday Position is on site (no remote work)
Hourly rate: $20/hr
