We’re looking for a hands-on
General Manager
to lead day-to-day operations for a
large format graphics facility
in
Florida . This is role's responsibilities include managing people, process, and performance-from the shop floor to the client relationship.
Your Responsibilities As A
General Manager : Lead and motivate a team across
production, installation, design, and customer service
Oversee
workflow, scheduling, quality control, and on-time delivery
Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and labor to meet client expectations
Collaborate with sales and account teams to deliver exceptional service and short turnarounds
Identify areas for
operational improvements
and develop effective practices
Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and margins
Be a present leader who interacts confidently and professionally comfortable on the floor and in the boardroom
What Makes An Ideal
General Manager
For This Team:
5+ years in large/wide format graphics
Proven leadership in a
production or
operations
management role,
at least
2+ years
Hands-on and proactive -someone who can roll up their sleeves and set a strong example
Excellent communication skills and experience working in multiple departments
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
