What You Will Be Doing
The Quality Data Analyst Admin supports the Vice President of EHS & Quality and the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams by collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality-related data to drive continuous improvement. This role leverages advanced analytics tools to monitor QC/QA metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance manufacturing performance and compliance. The position collaborates closely with the Quality Team to support the existing Quality Management System (QMS) infrastructure and ensure data-driven decision-making aligns with organizational objectives.
Essential Functions: Collect, organize, and maintain quality data from QC inspections, QA audits, and manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Analyze QC/QA metrics, such as first-pass yield, scrap rates, non-conformance resolution times, and customer complaint trends, using statistical methods and tools like Minitab or Power BI. Generate data-driven reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to the Vice President of EHS & Quality and leadership, supporting strategic quality initiatives. Support root cause analysis efforts (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D) by providing data analysis to identify defect trends and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Monitor real-time production quality using statistical process control (SPC) to detect variations and ensure process stability. Assist in developing and refining QA processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and support QMS audits under the guidance of the QMS Director. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to integrate data insights into process improvements, reducing variability and enhancing product reliability. Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection protocols, audit records, and non-conformance reports, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements. Support the implementation of automated data collection and inspection technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy in quality reporting. Act as a liaison for data-related inquiries from internal teams, external customers, and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean methodologies, to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Ensure seamless integration of quality data processes with other disciplines to support Stellar Energy's operational and sustainability goals. Must Have's:
5+ Years' related experience or training Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis in a manufacturing or quality-related role. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, or similar) and advanced Excel functions. Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC). Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Excel) Strong organizational and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Must be authorized to work in the USA What We Offer

What Hours You Will Work
This is a full-time position. First shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Conditions
Most work is performed in an office environment. Regular trips to the Fabrication Shop for observation and support may be necessary, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory head protection.
