The Nurse Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room (OR), providing leadership and direction to clinical staff while promoting a culture of collaboration and high-quality care. This role serves as a critical connection point among staff, physicians, and vendors, and is responsible for strategic problem-solving, staffing coordination, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily morning huddles with OR team to ensure clarity on assignments, priorities, and responsibilities Participate actively in recurring organizational meetings: Monthly staff meetings Clinical operations meetings Weekly check-ins with Chesapeake Urology Specialists Serve as a primary liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations Oversee staff scheduling and ensure coverage aligns with operational needs and patient safety Provide hands-on training and onboarding support for new hires Demonstrate strong initiative by stepping in to support clinical care when staffing levels are limited Function as a Charge Nurse Plusnot regularly counted in staffing numbers, but available to provide floor support and critical coverage when needed Proactively identify and resolve workflow or operational issues, maintaining a responsive and solution-driven approach Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license with active standing Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in surgical or OR settings Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to dynamic clinical environments Seniority level
