Senior Solution Architect
Job Title: Sr. Solution Architect Location: Irving, TX, and hybrid role, may work from home Duties: Design and implement new capabilities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), leveraging solution and enterprise architecture frameworks to align with organizational marketing objectives. Design and implement integrations between SFMC and 7-Eleven's systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and middleware, ensuring seamless and efficient data flows. Automate and execute marketing campaigns using SFMC tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript to deliver personalized customer engagement across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. Utilize SQL, Python, and ETL tools to process and transform data from diverse sources (transactional, demographic, and behavioral) to enable precise marketing targeting and segmentation. Develop and deploy solutions within MCP to provide real-time, AI-driven personalized content, enhancing customer relevance through advanced data segmentation strategies. Provide technical guidance on microservices architecture, cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Git, to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data specialists using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) to refine project requirements and ensure successful solution rollouts. Optimize system performance through performance tuning, load testing, and A/B testing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation using UML, Confluence, and JIRA, establishing consistent coding and integration standards for team adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, Solution/Technical Architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 8 years of experience in the following: software development; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Sales Cloud; system and data integration using APIs and ETL processes; and platform security, including compliance with industry standards.
