We're on the hunt for a System Administrator who's ready to keep our IT world running at peak performance. You'll work with virtualization technologies, Windows Server administration, ERP systems, and network troubleshooting-making sure everything stays secure, reliable, and fast.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with Windows Server 2016, VMware vSphere virtual machines, Active Directory, and our business-critical applications. You'll fine-tune systems, solve tricky technical puzzles, and step in as the go-to resource when things get complex.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee Active Directory and Domain Controllers, User provisioning, group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Distribution list, and Multi-Factor Authentication services Administer and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including provisioning, resource allocation, and monitoring CPU usage in VMs to ensure optimal performance Manage Windows Server systems, including patching, upgrades, and configuration changes Troubleshoot IP connectivity issues, DNS/DHCP problems, and other network-related errors Provide Tier 2 - Tier 3 I.T. support on-site to users & be comfortable with remote support tools Maintain and optimize virtual infrastructure, including VM templates, snapshots, and storage assignments Perform regular health checks on servers, domain controllers, and network devices Administer and support end users, including new device imagining, account creations, role permissions & Active Directory account configuration for security groups and GPOs Monitor & maintain Macola ERP performance, uptime, and transaction processing, ensuring data integrity through backups and audits Troubleshoot Active Directory & ERP-related issues, including database connectivity, user access, application errors and providing exceptional support for complex technical issues Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, C.S., or 5+ years of related experience Strong knowledge of PCs, virtual servers, networks, software & hardware troubleshooting Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently 5+ years of experience in IT administration, support or Jr./Sys Admin role Proficiency in Windows operating systems, enterprise software solutions, and network technologies Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
