Hiring a Project Manager to work on corporate interior projects across DC and NoVA

Successful applicants will have experience in working on commercial interior projects in the DC area as an APM or PM.
Your Role
As Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial interior construction projects from inception to completion-typically managing 3 to 5 projects at various stages, ranging from $1M - $10M in value. You'll drive project success by leading client interactions, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution alongside a dedicated support team, including field superintendents and office-based administrative professionals.
What Makes You a Great Fit? 6+ years of experience with a general contractor delivering interior commercial projects in the $1M - $10M range. A diverse commercial portfolio is ideal-healthcare, retail, and office experience preferred. Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish, managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships. Degree preferred but not required-your experience and expertise matter more. Comfortable with on-site presence 5 days a week, whether at project sites or the company headquarters in Northern Virginia. The Perks. We know top talent deserves top rewards:
Competitive base salary of $135K - $155K, depending on experience. $600 monthly vehicle allowance to keep you moving. Annual performance-based bonus potential tied to profit driven from projects as well as individual contribution to the wider team/company.
